While Marker 1 has impressive high and dry capacity, some boaters opt for a wet slip. Lift slips ranging from 16,000 – 40,000 lb in capacity are also available. Marker 1’s wet slips can accommodate boats up to 65 feet in length. Docking and securing your vessel is easy and safe.

Storage Services
Customers at Marker 1 Marina can enjoy unlimited launch and retrieval services. Upon returning from a day on the water, the staff will flush the engines, wash the boat and place the vessel securely and safely in storage.
Fuel Services
Marker 1 Marina has a convenient fuel dock equipped with high speed fuel pumps. Diesel and ethanol-free unleaded fuel is available. Marker 1 members receive a 25 cents per gallon discount on fuel purchases.
Storm Preparations & Communication
Marker 1’s staff has repeatedly demonstrated the highest service levels and communication during any approaching storm threat. Members of the facility can appreciate staff members that communicate in advance of any approaching storm or hurricane and even offer direct cell phone access in the event that facility services close during the time of a storm making landfall. Marina staff will also communicate with members via digital channels such as Facebook and Instagram.
